Processing time Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Personalized items (custom monogram or embroidery) may require additional processing time of up to 7 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Poland (Domestic):

  • Standard shipping: 20 PLN — estimated delivery 3-5 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over 249 PLN

European Union:

  • Standard shipping: 70 PLN — estimated delivery 5-14 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over 349 PLN

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs and duties All EU orders are shipped within the European Union — no customs duties apply.
