Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Exception – Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. products with a monogram or embroidery).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
